CANCELLATION POLICY
The High Maintenance Salon Spa LLC CANCELLATION POLICY is stated below. (Please read carefully as you agree to these terms & conditions when booking an appointment online.) 1) A CANCELLATION notice of 24HR or greater notice will NOT be charged a fee upon cancellation. -THANK YOU for respecting our time & letting us know you will be unable to attend your appointment. 2) A CANCELLATION notice of LESS THAN 24HR will be automatically charged a 25% (of all services scheduled) fee upon cancellation. High Maintenance Salon Spa LLC ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: 1) A NO CALL / NO SHOW appointment is 100% NOT ACCEPTABLE. 2) NO CALL / NO SHOW appointments will automatically be charged a 25% (of all services scheduled) NO SHOW FEE & will be added to the ‘ban from booking’ list.
